M-BROODER

The Gasolec M-series stainless steel heaters are engineered for efficiency, durability, and ease of use, making them a trusted choice for swine housing. These heaters provide several key advantages:

  • Adjustable Heating Capacity: The M8 model offers an adjustable range from 100% to 12%, ensuring optimal gas usage when less heat is required.
  • Biosecurity: Stainless steel construction facilitates easy cleaning with high-pressure washing and chemicals, supporting better hygiene and biosecurity.
  • Thermo-Unit Control: No electricity or computer required. The built-in thermo-unit automatically adjusts heat output between maximum and minimum based on the desired room temperature (20°C to 36°C).

  • Dust filter options

    Dust filter options

    Dust and other materials being drawn into the heater can cause incomplete combustion, which may release toxic substances. To prevent this, every heater is equiped with a dust filter. There are two types of filters available:

    SS Filter (standard) - PU320
    The SS (Stainless Steel) filter comes standard with every S-series heater. Its design ensures durability and ease of maintenance. The filter can be quickly cleaned by hand during the production cycle and thoroughly cleaned with compressed air or water after each cycle.

    HD Filter (optional) - PU321
    The HD (Heavy Duty) filter is a completely different type of filter. Made from durable cloth material, it prevents 99% of dust particles from entering the S-heater—significantly more than the SS filter can achieve. Thanks to its folded design, the overall filter area is much larger compared to the SS filter, reducing the frequency of cleaning required. The HD filter can be easily cleaned by hand during the production cycle and thoroughly cleaned with water or compressed air after each cycle.
